Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician B works alongside fully qualified maintenance technicians to learn trade skills. Your primary role will be to assist with various duties, including installing equipment, maintaining mechanical systems, and repairing machines. You will also assist with general office and facility support.
This position's internal job code is MAINTTECHB. Our team is currently hiring for Grade 17.
Job Responsibilities
Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and Company directives related to building operations and work safety
Performs housekeeping functions and maintains the professional appearances of the property, equipment, engineering, and production spaces, as well as common areas
Performs general labor work as assigned. Completes maintenance and repair records as required. Runs errands to support projects
Assists with installation and modification of building equipment and systems under supervision
Assists with troubleshooting and repairing buildings and installed systems, including plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, electrical and HVAC, under supervision
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
One year of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Successful completion of apprenticeship coursework
Summary Pay-Range
Grade 17: $22.33/hr - $33.26/hr
